Booking/enquiries can be made via Phone, Email, Facebook, WhatsApp. An agreement document (found on the booking agreement page) which includes guest numbers and venue requirements, will be emailed to you which is mandatory in your signature for the booking to go ahead. This agreement document must be returned to us via email within 3 days of sending. We ask for a small deposit of £20 to secure your booking which we ask to be sent within three days of making your booking otherwise the booking is not secured and date may be lost. On receipt of the form, I will then send a confirmation back to you within 7 days. Provisional bookings can be made, for which I will hold two dates for one working day.
Please see our booking agreements for number of attendees allowed to your event.
All private bookings (including fetes) must be paid in advance, up to 3 days before the event otherwise your booking can not be guaranteed.
For educational establishments, and all other organisations, the invoice will be emailed once booking is confirmed and must be sent to your finance department for processing to make sure payment arrives by the date of your event.
If booking our services to be delivered over a number of days, payment must be received by the first date of our booking. If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, a late fee of 20% of the total booking cost may be applied for each day payment has not been received. Legal action will be sought for miss payments. Under no circumstances will credit be provided to any individual, company or establishment. We are unable to accept cheques from private individuals.
Cancellation by a client within two weeks of the booking will incur a charge up to 100% of the total price.
Although a generous amount of travelling time is set aside for potential delays, in the unlikely event that we encounter a delay whilst travelling to an event/private booking, we will contact the client as soon as safe to do so, to inform them of the situation. A client may not cancel a booking as a result of a delay where the engagement would still be possible. If a show is not possible due to extreme delays/ traffic problems or breakdown, an alternative date will be offered and arranged. If for any reason that an alternative date is not possible, a discount price will be offered to compensate for the inconvenience at a later date. Any substitute date must be booked within 1 month of the original date and may not be carried over past one year of the original date.
While every effort will be made to attend your party or event, the welfare and safety of the animals must come first, as stated in the Animal Welfare Act 2006. If we feel the conditions are unacceptable to transport the animals we will liaise with you, as soon as possible, to postpone the time if weather looks to improve during the day of your event or rearrange the event for another date. Bad weather can be very localised. If you feel the weather in your area could affect the safety of the animals or your guests please contact us as soon as possible.
